Predictions: Quarterfinals LFGooooooooooooal

World Cup Winner

Market resolving Jul 19

Over $4.1 billion has been traded on Polymarket's World Cup Winner alone, making it the largest prediction market in history. On the field, football’s finest are chasing history too. France are still the favorites at 38% powered by Mbappé. Next, Spain (~21%) and Argentina (~18%) round out the podium contenders. The top 5 is rounded out by England (~16%) riding the Kane and Bellingham wave, then Norway (~6%) basically relying on one man: Haaland. Goals and drama guaranteed.

Golden Boot

Market resolving Jul 19

Just when you thought Messi was running away with the goooooooooooolden boot race, along comes Mbappé doing Mbappé things, and the pair are now tied with 8. They're followed Haaland at 7, then England’s hero Harry Kane at 6. In short, it's still anyone's race. To remain a contender for the trophy awarded to the player with the most goals in the World Cup, their team has to survive the quarterfinals first…

Norway vs England

Market resolving Jul 11

Typical England? Not anymore… After dropping to 10 men versus Mexico at the Azteca and shocking everyone with a win, Kane and Bellingham's England take on Haaland's Norway in the quarterfinals. Is it, maybe possibly by some miracle, coming home? England are the current favorites. But don’t count a player like Haaland out until he's out. He can and has carried this team to victory against the odds. (Remember: match-specific markets like this resolve after 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Extra time and penalties aren't included.)

Speaking of the World Cup, $75K is still up for grabs in our prediction market trading competition. Opt in to get started, then trade everything football now through the final to win. The trader with the biggest return at the end of the tournament gets the biggest share of the prize.

RWAs: AI factories, ETF rails, and your dad’s storage company

NVDAon (Tokenized Nvidia)

Nvidia frames Blackwell and Vera Rubin as part of a revenue opportunity worth at least $1 trillion. For NVDAon, any pre-earnings guidance updates in the coming days could trigger sharp moves. The price of NVDA actually fell about 12.5% in the 6 weeks after its last earnings print, but the company’s optimism certainly has not.

BLKon (Tokenized BlackRock)

BlackRock reports Q2 earnings before the open on Wednesday, July 15, with its investor call at 7:30 am ET. BLKon is the RWA proxy for institutional adoption: ETFs, private markets, technology, and tokenization-adjacent infrastructure under one roof.

WDCon (Tokenized Western Digital)

The week started with a strong AI infrastructure rebound led by Western Digital, which sits with a stock price well over $500, or roughly double what it was at the start of 2026. AI factories need more than just GPUs; storage capacity is critical for the data AI creates, retrieves, and reuses. WD now points to roughly 25% annual exabyte demand growth, above its earlier projections.

Perps: Watch SOL, check the HYPE,  don’t forget the BTC

BTC-USDC

BTC may be down by roughly 50% from last year’s high, but it is far from out. Bitcoin watchers will keep one eye on price when the Consumer Price Index drops on July 14. That puts BTC-USDC at the center of a repricing window next week.

HYPE-USDC

Hyperliquid processed about $633 billion of trading volume in Q1 2026 and held roughly 32% of onchain perpetual futures volume. A number of sources have recently seen HYPE overtake ETH in terms of overall open interest.

SOL-USDC

SOL has been holding near the $80 area while ETF flows, onchain activity, and broader altcoin sentiment stay in focus. BTC may be most likely to move off CPI data next week, but SOL-USDC is the alt-perp to watch if ETF demand and onchain usage keep giving traders a second-order risk-on signal.
