How to buy crypto with MetaMask Extension
Clicking the Buy & Sell button on the MetaMask extension will redirect you to MetaMask Web. Once there, connect your MetaMask wallet.
Click Move crypto.
Click Buy.
Select your region, and currency—located to the right of your wallet address.
Select the crypto token, and network that you want to buy on. Example: Buy ETH on Ethereum. Or SOL on Solana.
Enter the amount of ETH you want to buy. Example: $100 of ETH. Or, $100 of SOL.
Select the payment method you want to use. Example: debit card, credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance. Availability will depend on your region.
Select the best real-time quote from MetaMask native onramps, or our industry-leading providers.
If you choose a third-party provider, you'll be securely redirected to the provider's website to complete the purchase, and funds will be deposited into your MetaMask wallet.

How to buy crypto with MetaMask Mobile App
Sign-in to your MetaMask app.
Tap Buy.
Confirm your selection by tapping Buy.
Select the crypto you want to purchase by searching for the token's name or its address. Example: Buy ETH on Ethereum. Or, buy SOL on Solana.
Enter the amount of that token you want to buy. Example: $100 of ETH.
Select the payment method you want to use. Example: debit card, credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance. Availability will depend on your region.
Tap Continue to proceed. Select the best quote from our industry-leading providers.
Complete the transaction on the provider’s portal, and link your desired payment method.
Review the order summary in your app, and confirm the transaction to finish.
