OVR

OVR is a decentralized augmented reality (AR) platform developed on Ethereum and Polygon, blending digital experiences with the physical world. Using 3D mapping, blockchain technology, and geolocation, OVR provides a way to create, buy, and interact with AR content tied directly to real places.​

OVRLands are the core building blocks of the platform. Each OVRLand is a 300-square-meter hexagonal virtual parcel, mapped to real geographic locations around the globe. These parcels exist as ERC-721 NFTs, meaning owners can prove, transfer, and monetize digital ownership of actual spaces. You can buy, sell, rent, or develop these parcels for interactive AR, VR, or XR experiences.​

The OVR token (OVR) is an ERC-20 token that serves as the platform’s native utility cryptocurrency. Token holders can use OVR for purchasing lands, accessing ecosystem features, rewarding contributors, and powering decentralized trading and governance. Creator activity is incentivized with OVR, and advertisers can use OVR tokens for AR campaigns across public and private parcels.​
