Experience
Oliver started at Consensys in July of 2021 as the first Technical Writer for Customer Success, focusing on the MetaMask Help Center. Since then, he's helped build a team that takes care not only of MetaMask-related issues, but also provides their documentation production and maintenance services to teams around the company. Oliver presented at Devcon VI on good words and bad words in web3. Prior to Consensys, he worked as a translator and interpreter, most recently at the US Department of Justice, in Federal Immigration Court.
