Ondo Global Markets Challenge Terms and Conditions

The Ondo Global Markets Challenge (“the Event”) is organized and operated by MetaMask, a product of Consensys Software Inc. (“Consensys”), in partnership with Ondo Global Markets, which powers the Event’s underlying Ondo assets. 

The Event will run for five (5) consecutive weeks, from May 14th, 2026 to June 18th, 2026 (the “Event Period”). Only trading activity occurring during the Event Period and after successful opt‑in (see Section 3 - Eligibility) will be considered for ranking and rewards.

Unless otherwise stated, this competition is open to all natural persons except employees of Consensys, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Event. 

Participation is open only to individuals who:

• Are 18 years or older.

• Register to participate via the MetaMask app and affirmatively opt in to the Event on or before the opt-in deadline of June 9th, 2026.

• Have only one entry per person (one participating account per individual). 

• Are actively participating in the Event by trading qualifying Ondo assets via MetaMask during the Event Period. This means (i) completing a minimum $100 swap into Ondo GM assets via MetaMask, (ii) maintaining a net balance of Ondo GM assets (i.e., total swaps into Ondo GM assets minus swaps out) at or above the applicable tier threshold set out on the Event page for at least ten (10) non-consecutive qualifying days during the Event Period, and (iii) meeting the applicable tier threshold at the final snapshot at the end of the Event Period.

• Reside in a jurisdiction where participation in the Event is lawful and not restricted, sanctioned, or otherwise prohibited by either Consensys or Ondo Global Markets (“Eligible Jurisdictions”). For eligibility, see here [https://docs.ondo.finance/ondo-global-markets/eligibility]. 

• Comply at all times with MetaMask’s Terms of Use and all relevant laws and regulations. 

Only trading activity in qualifying Ondo assets conducted via MetaMask after successful opt‑in and during the Event Period will be counted toward your portfolio performance and ranking. Only swaps in Ondo assets count, swaps in $ONDO tokens do not count. 

In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Consensys and/or Ondo Global Markets may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Event and may disqualify you if you fail to provide such proof. This includes completing all required KYC/AML and account verification steps requested by Consensys or Ondo Global Markets. 

Consensys reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Event or if you fail to meet any qualification requirement, including any requirements under Section 4 - Claiming Rewards. 

The Event is not available to residents of jurisdictions that Consensys designates as ineligible on the competition page or where promotions of this type are prohibited by law.

By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]. Consensys reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Rewards and experiences are limited and are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Consensys makes no guarantees regarding participant eligibility for specific prizes. 

Participants will compete based on the performance of their eligible portfolio over the Event Period. Rankings will be determined by Consensys using its internal methodology (the “Scoring Methodology”), which may include, for example, percentage return, treatment of deposits/withdrawals, and realized/unrealized profit and loss.

The Scoring Methodology, including the list of eligible assets, will be described on the Event page. Consensys may update the methodology if necessary to address errors, manipulation, or extraordinary market conditions, and any such changes will be effective once published on the Event page.

Consensys’ calculations and rankings shall be final and binding absent manifest error.

At the end of the Event Period, the top five (5) traders in each tier (fifteen (15) total eligible participants), as determined by the Scoring Methodology, will be eligible to receive a share of a total reward pool which is based on volume threshold throughout the Event of up to US$100,000 (the “Rewards”). The allocation by rank (for example, specific amounts for ranks 1–15) will be as stated on the Event page.

Consensys may adjust, substitute, or modify the form of Rewards (e.g., fiat, stablecoins, or other digital assets) as reasonably necessary, and any such details will be disclosed on the Event page.

Only accounts in good standing at the time of reward distribution are eligible to receive Rewards.

To qualify for entry, individuals must opt-in by submitting a valid wallet address via the MetaMask app sign-up for the Event or any other designated external site notified by Consensys to you. Rewards will be notified via in-app notification via the MetaMask app and/or push notifications (if permitted).

Winners will be required to contact Consensys through a designated email address to initiate the reward claim process and provide any required information as outlined below.

All rewards must be submitted for claim by 5:00 PM CET on July 2, 2026. No rewards will be issued after this deadline. Entries received after the stated closing date or entries which are incomplete will not be accepted. 

All  rewards will be distributed in Ondo GM tokens to eligible wallets.

Receipt of any Reward is conditioned on the winner:

• Completing any required identity, KYC, and sanctions screening;

• Completing, signing, and returning all required tax forms (for example, Form W‑9, W‑8BEN, or local equivalents) within fourteen (14) days of request; and

• Providing any additional information reasonably requested to enable Consensys to comply with its legal and tax obligations.

Rewards will only be distributed to wallet addresses that participated (traded) in the Event and are associated with the participant’s MetaMask Rewards profile at the time of participation.

Participants may not designate or request distribution of Rewards to any wallet address that did not participate in the Event or is not associated with their MetaMask Rewards profile. Consensys reserves the right to verify wallet eligibility prior to distribution and may refuse or withhold Rewards where it reasonably suspects fraud, impersonation, or unauthorized access.

Consensys may withhold taxes from Rewards where required by law. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges arising from receipt of a Reward. If a winner fails to complete required documentation or verification within the specified timeframe, the Reward may be forfeited, and Consensys may, but is not required to, reallocate such Reward.

Your participation or Reward may be refused, revoked, or forfeited if Consensys is unable, after reasonable efforts, to contact you using the details associated with your MetaMask registration.

Participants must not engage in manipulative, abusive, or fraudulent behavior, including, without limitation: wash trading, spoofing, self‑dealing, coordinated trading among related accounts, use of multiple accounts, or any attempt to artificially inflate trading volume or portfolio performance. Participants must not use multiple wallet addresses to attempt to claim duplicate rewards.

Consensys reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions or any applicable MetaMask or Ondo Global Markets policies. 

Consensys and/or Ondo Global Markets will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software of any kind. 

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Consensys reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Consensys’s control makes it necessary to do so. 

The decision of Consensys regarding any aspect of the Event or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Consensys reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend or amend the Event where it becomes necessary to do so.

By participating, you acknowledge that certain information (e.g., wallet address, email) may be collected for the purposes of reward delivery. To understand how Consensys Software, Inc. may process your personal information, please see Consensys’ Privacy Notice. 

By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Consensys or its agents and suppliers to administer the Event. Please note that collection of personal information for the purposes of the Event is also completed independently by Ondo Global Markets and subject to their General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, available [on Ondo Global Market’s website: https://ondo.finance/global-markets].

Consensys (trading as MetaMask) and Ondo Global Markets are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or unclaimed rewards.

Insofar as is permitted by law, Consensys, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Consensys, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected

Inventory is limited, and Consensys makes no guarantees regarding participant eligibility for specific prizes.

Participation in the Event and any trading activity you undertake does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation by Consensys or Ondo Global Markets. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should carefully consider your financial situation and risk tolerance.

All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. 

Consensys reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.

Consensys may modify, suspend, or cancel the Event at any time where necessary to comply with law or regulatory guidance, to address technical or security issues, or in response to fraud, abuse, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
