What is the claim process?

Filing a claim is fast and simple.

Connect to MetaMask Extension
Click on the three lines in the top right corner to go to Settings, then click on Transaction Shield.

Open a claim
Submit your transaction details in the portal within 21 days of your loss. We’ll ask for information about the transaction and wallet.
3
Receive your funds
Once your claim is approved, you’ll receive your assets back to the address provided in the claim form. Most claims will be processed within 15 business days.
