Learn how to go from cash to crypto.

Wrapped Solana (WSOL) is a Solana-pegged token that can be used on the Ethereum blockchain network. Solana network’s native cryptocurrency is a token called Solana (SOL). Because Solana runs on a different network than Ethereum, you cannot use SOL directly on Ethereum. So, WSOL was created in order to use a SOL-backed token on Ethereum. This is similar to other wrapped tokens e.g. WBTC, WXRP, WRTX and more.
Wrapping 1 SOL produces 1 WSOL—an Ethereum-compatible, ERC-20, token that is pegged 1:1 with Solana. In other words, every WSOL is fully redeemable for one SOL.WSOL is beneficial to Ethereum because it increases accessibility, liquidity, and interoperability between chains. With WSOL, SOL holders can use the Ethereum network, bridging the gap between two of crypto's largest ecosystems. You can wrap your SOL to convert it into WSOL, and also unwrap your WSOL to convert it back into SOL.Token type: Wrapped token| Today (5 December 2025) | $138.12 | -3.57% |
